Welcome to the 2024 Sartell Baseball Registration 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

This registration also contains confirmation of understanding of the SBA DIBS volunteer process and the SBA Conduct Policy.

• K-2 (Pitchball & Rookie Ball) - $105.00 (early registration fee) per player through 4/30/24, $125.00 (late registration fee) per player from 5/1/24 to 5/15/24.  Registration closes 5/15/24.
• CMCBL (ages 9-16) - $255.00 from 2/19/24 to 3/31/24, $305.00 from 4/1/24 to 4/5/24.  Registration closes on 4/5/24.
• Gopher State (ages 10-14) -  $255.00 from 2/19/24 to 3/31/24, $305.00 from 4/1/24 to 4/5/24. Registration closes on 4/5/24.
• VFW Baseball (15U Team) - TBD
• VFW Baseball (16U Team) - TBD
• Legion Baseball (ages 17 & 18) - TBD

If you are registering a player for our K-2 league, you will have 2 options to choose from in this registration session for the 2024  baseball season.

Option 1: Pitch Ball (typically ages 5-7)
Option 2: Rookie Ball (typically ages 7-8)

You will be prompted and need to choose one of these programs in the Registration Options.

We have a new policy for 2024 for 8 year old baseball players!  Parents of 8 year old players have the option to sign their child up for 9U CMCBL if they believe their child is qualified to play at the 9U CMCBL level.  If during preseason CMCBL evaluations or practices it is determined by SBA that a child is not qualified to play 9U CMCBL, SBA will advise the parents accordingly at that time and a refund would be issued for the cost difference in programs.  all 8 year old players should plan to play in the K-2 League (Rookie Ball), and should only register for 9U CMCBL if their child excels at baseball as compared to other 8 year olds.  The cost of each program is also different.  CMCBL costs are $215.00 per player.  K-2 (Rookie Ball) costs are $105.00 per player.

Through this registration, you can register your child for the following camps/clinics:

• Saturday with Sabres Camp - This camp is ran by the Sartell High School Baseball program coaches and players.  This is a fundraiser for the high school baseball program.
• Summer Sandlot - This camp/clinic is ran by the Sartell High School Baseball program coaches and players.  This is a fundraiser for the high school baseball program.

Here are some important dates and information to note for our CMCBL (ages 9 through 15) and Gopher State (ages 10 through 14) leagues:

• Registration fees increase on 2/19/24 and increase again on 4/1/24 for CMCBL and Gopher State players.  To avoid registration fee increases for CMCBL or Gopher State Leagues, please register prior to 2/19/24. 
• Registration fee increases on 5/1/24 for our K-2 program (Pitchball and Rookie Ball).
• Registration closes on 4/5/24 for CMCBL and Gopher State players.
• Registration closes on 5/15/24 for K-2 players (Pitchball and Rookie Ball).  Anyone attempting to register after 5/15/24 is not guaranteed a spot on a team.
• Jersey fitting for CMCBL players only will be held on April 6th, 2024 with time TBD.  This does not apply to ages 5-8.
• Jersey pick up night for CMCBL and Gopher State players only.  Date TBD.  This does not apply to ages 5-8.  
• CMCBL Evaluations are scheduled to be on April 6th, 2024 with times TBD.  CMCBL players are expected to attend an evaluation day to better assist the association and coaches to split up teams as needed.  This is an evaluation, not a tryout.
